Monday - 9:30am | Pilates Group Class
Wednesday - 6:00pm | Pilates Group Class
Each class is 50 minutes long and is designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your movement - whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.
For Existing Clients
If you’ve purchased a Subscription, you can book your sessions by logging in and redeeming your subscription code.
When booking your class:
Make sure you’re logged into your account (look for your email in the top right corner).
Follow the steps to book your class.
On the final payment page, enter your subscription code into the ‘Coupon Code’ box and click Apply - your booking will then be confirmed at no additional cost.
